Breaking the class ceiling
in the UK Creative Industries

Supporting socioeconomic diversity in the creative world of work through mentoring, training, and community.

Careers in the creative industries should be open to everyone

We support 16-25 year olds from lower socioeconomic backgrounds to help them develop their creative careers through mentoring, education, and opportunities.

Create change with us

We facilitate change in creative organisations.

Our mentoring programmes train staff in creative companies to be inclusive mentors and leaders. We then match mentors with a young person from our community to help them on the next steps of their creative journey.

This helps mentors develop their skills as a mentor and manager, support a young person, and help us improve class diversity in the creative industries.

Find career support

Kickstart your creative career with a dedicated mentor to support you.

Whether you’re looking for your first job or trying to get a promotion, our programmes are designed to help young people find work and thrive in the creative industry.

  • What sets this programme apart are the mentees. They truly are the future of the creative industry and we need to do our part to guide and coach them to help boost their confidence and further drive their goals and passion for the industry.
